About the company

GNerdiX is an advisory and business development company focused on leveraging sustainable impact for ethical growth of both businesses and their stakeholders. This way we contribute, creating better conditions for the businesses that change the lives of people, to society to access the crucial value on the edge of sustainability innovation necessary to improve their wellbeing and happiness. We drive business sustainability, serving customers and communities through digital and physical, research, analytic, data science, talent development, training products, services and comprehensive solutions.

We focus on people, planet and profit. We keep always the sequence intentionally this like.

Along with the digital and professional service business, we develop and grow own equity portfolio of the startups and scale ups as well create and support stakeholders engagement, community based participatory initiatives and mission-driven projects.

Our values, management style and way of doing business is inspired by Nordic Europe (integrity; inclusion), Canada (diversity), Ukraine (resilience) and a bit of New Zealand (dag; low-stress) vibes. From the founder

GNerdiX is a company founded in 2015 by me, Denis Radiuk (Denys Radiuk). A life-time entrepreneur, community builder, business school researcher and expert rooted in sustainability, biodiversity, green and social infrastructure projects, which have been science-based and research intensive sustainability change businesses and non-profit initiatives (like EVIM International Development Project – market boosting initiative for sustainable transport in CEE region), some cool NGOs (like AVERE Ukraine – a national section of European EV association), life science supplies and lab service businesses, co-founded and co-led ecosystem plant pathology research center (co-owned now), student times’ wholesale ornamental plant supply and sustainable landscaping practice, family’s business and farm (now being transformed to a research farm) on my early and later teens.

GNerdiX, formerly (until 2021) named GreenClinic LifeScience Global was more focused on life science research and services, now switched it’s activity to systematic enabling sustainability capital value from genuinely delivered impact.

The activity of the company is aligning to the customers’ goals through the synergy of: the team’s talent, comprehensiveness of ecosystemic approach, lean and streamlined processes with preventive HARPC-based service quality system, – bringing good to others through scaling, sharing and building sustainability innovation, teaching, training, mentoring and helping the diverse people wherever they are with our minds and hands on.

About the founder

Brief researcher profile of the founder: 

A practice-rooted researcher and expert with years in management, analysis and development of international relations and innovation ecosystems in the field of sustainability.

Interdisciplinary and intersectoral interest:

• the drivers and value streams of voluntary collaborative stakeholders engagement in market-driven massive sustainability change projects;
• stakeholders’ capital as an acceleration leverage for investments, market share and cap growth for the businesses and startups based on sustainable finance 3.0 and a resiliency mean for society under pressure of global challenges;
• Participatory research, Action research, CBPR (Community Based Participatory Research) and CBPAR (Community Based Participatory Action Research) methodologies;
• biologisation of agriculture;
• ecosystem approach in management in bio-based industries;
• resilience, application of HACCP and HARPS frameworks.
